The employee uploads between 10 and 20 clear photos from their phone or computer. No special outfit or white background is required: the generated portrait follows the selected framing and background.
Is employee consent collected?
Yes. During the invitation process, the employee is informed of how their photos will be used and gives explicit consent before starting. You retain a record of this consent.
Who chooses the final photo?
The employee chooses from the generated portraits. They can request new ones if not satisfied. The photo is never imposed on them.
How quickly are photos available?
Setting up the first digital profile takes longer. Once it is ready, new style photos are typically generated within minutes, so the workflow can fit into employee onboarding.
Can photos be used externally?
Yes, according to the usage rights defined in your organization. Photos are exportable in PNG and compatible with most HR tools, intranets and professional social networks.
What happens if the employee is not satisfied?
They can generate new photos from their existing profile, or create a new digital profile by uploading new photos. The goal is for them to end up with a photo they genuinely like.
How long is employee data retained?
Uploaded selfies are deleted within 7 days. They are used only to create the employee's digital profile and never to train a general-purpose or shared AI model. The digital profile and generated photos remain available until an authorized user deletes them or the account is closed, subject to legal requirements.
