Is employee consent collected?
Yes. During the invitation process, the employee is informed of how their photos will be used and gives explicit consent before starting. You retain a record of this consent.
Who chooses the final photo?
The employee chooses from the generated portraits. They can request new ones if not satisfied. The photo is never imposed on them.
How quickly are photos available?

Can photos be used externally?
