What is a digital profile?
A digital profile is an AI model created from photos of one employee. Once ready, it can be reused to generate professional photos in every style configured by your organization.
How many photos does an employee need to create a digital profile?
Employees upload between 10 and 20 photos of themselves. For the best results, use clear, well-lit images with varied angles and only one person visible in each photo.
Can employees choose their final photo?
Yes. CorpoStudio can generate several options for a style, and the employee selects the photo they prefer before it becomes the final image.
Can the company choose how many photos are proposed to employees?
Yes. For each style, your organization decides how many photos are generated in each session. On paid plans, this can be set from 4 to 12 photos.
Can the company allow or limit regenerations?
Yes. Each style lets your organization define how many regenerations are allowed, so you can balance flexibility, budget, and validation rules.
Can one digital profile be used for several styles?
Yes. Once created, the same digital profile can be reused across multiple styles, formats, and branded backgrounds configured by your organization.
Do you use employee photos to train AI models?
No. Uploaded photos and generated content are used only to provide the service for your organization. We do not sell them and we do not use them to train general-purpose AI models.
How do you handle data confidentiality and local laws?
We process personal data in line with applicable regulations, with the safeguards and retention rules described in our privacy policy. CorpoStudio also includes employee-facing information before generation and an optional AI watermark on downloaded final photos. Your organization must still ensure that its use of CorpoStudio complies with the local laws that apply to you and your employees, including any required notices, authorizations, or disclosure obligations.
How many credits does an AI agent photo generation use?
Generating photos for an AI agent uses 2 photo credits per generation (instead of 1 per employee photo), because although a digital profile is not required, the generation cost for these photos is double.
How long is employee-related data retained?
Uploaded photos are kept only to create the digital profile and are deleted within 7 days of upload at the latest. The profile itself is deleted within 7 days of creation. Generated photos remain in your Studio until an authorized user deletes them or the account is closed, subject to legal requirements. Full details are in our privacy policy.
