The employee uploads between 10 and 20 selfies from their phone or computer. The solution generates the portrait using the framing and background rules saved for the selected style.
Can the same visual settings be used across different locations?
Yes. The same saved background, export format and framing rules apply regardless of location. Individual generated results can still vary from one employee to another.
What if the employee's background at home is messy?
No problem. Our solution replaces the background with your company's official setting automatically, regardless of what is behind the employee.
Who chooses the final photo?
The employee chooses their preferred portrait from the generated options. If needed, an authorized admin can delete the finalized photo and send a new invitation. No photo is imposed on the employee.
Can we apply the same charter to an international team?
Yes. Once your visual charter is configured, it applies to every employee regardless of country or time zone. No manual adjustment required.
How long is employee data retained?
Uploaded selfies are deleted within 7 days. They are used only to create the employee's digital profile and never to train a general-purpose or shared AI model. The digital profile and generated photos remain available until an authorized user deletes them or the account is closed, subject to legal requirements.
