How do I invite an employee?
Add their email from the dashboard. They receive an invite, upload their selfies, and pick their portrait. You can see whether each invitation is pending, in progress or completed.
Can I see who has not uploaded yet?
Yes. The dashboard shows whether each employee has been invited, is in progress or has finalized a portrait, so you know who still needs follow-up.
Can I reject a photo and ask for another one?
You can delete a finalized photo and send a new invitation, so the employee generates another one. The employee always makes the final choice from their own results.
Does this sync automatically with our HR system or directory?
No. CorpoStudio manages invitations and photo generation. You download the finished portraits and add them to your own HR system, directory or intranet yourself.
How long is employee data retained?
Uploaded selfies are deleted within 7 days. They are used only to create the employee's digital profile and never to train a general-purpose or shared AI model. The digital profile and generated photos remain available until an authorized user deletes them or the account is closed, subject to legal requirements.
