Does a new hire get the same style automatically?
Yes. Invite them whenever they join, even months later. They generate their portrait against the same style you already configured, with no extra setup on your side.
Can we have more than one style?
Yes. Some companies use one style for the whole company, others define a separate style per department or brand. Each employee is invited to a specific style.
What does consistent actually mean here?
Consistent means the same saved background, export format and framing rules are used for the team. It does not mean every portrait is pixel-for-pixel identical, since each employee and generated result is different.
How long is employee data retained?
Uploaded selfies are deleted within 7 days. They are used only to create the employee's digital profile and never to train a general-purpose or shared AI model. The digital profile and generated photos remain available until an authorized user deletes them or the account is closed, subject to legal requirements.
