The employee uploads between 10 and 20 clear photos from their phone or computer. No special outfit or white background is required: the generated portrait follows the selected framing and background.
What dimensions and format should I use for our photo directory?
CorpoStudio exports portraits as PNG files in the format selected for the style: 1:1 square, 4:5 portrait or 9:16 portrait. The same background, format and framing rules apply to every employee using that style.
How do I update the team when a new employee joins?
Invite the new employee through the dashboard. Once they upload their selfies and their digital profile is set up, you download their portrait and add it to the directory yourself.

Is employee consent collected?

How long is employee data retained?
Uploaded selfies are deleted within 7 days. They are used only to create the employee's digital profile and never to train a general-purpose or shared AI model. The digital profile and generated photos remain available until an authorized user deletes them or the account is closed, subject to legal requirements.
