Can I customize the file naming?
Yes. Files can follow a naming convention of your choice: first name, last name, employee ID or a combination. This is configured directly in your account settings.

How do I update the team when a new employee joins?

How long is employee data retained?
Uploaded selfies are deleted within 7 days. Generated photos are kept until the account is closed. No images are used to train an AI model.
