2.1 Scope

These terms of sale apply to all paid subscription services offered by Studio Ramel.

2.2 Pricing and Payment Terms

2.2.1 Pricing

Subscription fees are stated on our website and may change with notice
All prices include applicable Swiss VAT unless otherwise stated
Additional charges may apply for premium features or usage

2.2.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due in advance for subscription services
We accept payments through secure third-party processors (Stripe)
You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees
Failed payments may result in service suspension
In case of payment failure, we will send you an email notification

2.3 Right of Withdrawal (Individual Customers)

Right of withdrawal: If you are an individual (non-professional), you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the subscription of your plan, without having to justify your decision.

Exercising the right of withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by using our contact form clearly stating your withdrawal request with your account information.

Refund: In case of exercising your right of withdrawal, we will proceed to reimburse the amounts paid within 14 days following the receipt of your request, using the same payment method as the one used for the initial transaction.

2.4 Refunds

Apart from the right of withdrawal applicable to individuals, refunds are studied on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via our contact page for any specific request.

2.5 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews at each due date for the same period, unless cancelled by you. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your customer area.

2.6 Billing

Invoices are automatically generated and sent by email. You can also access your invoices from your customer area or via the Stripe billing portal.
