The employee uploads between 10 and 20 clear photos from their phone or computer. No special outfit or white background is required: the generated portrait follows the selected framing and background.
How quickly are photos available?
Once a digital profile is set up for an employee, new style photos are typically ready within minutes. Setting up that first profile takes a bit longer, but only happens once.
Does it work for remote teams?
Yes. Employees upload between 10 and 20 selfies from their phone or computer, wherever they are. No travel and no photographer on site.
How do we ensure visual consistency across the whole team?
You save a visual style once: background and export format. Those settings and consistent framing rules apply to every portrait generated with that style, including for employees added months later.
Is employee consent collected?
Yes. During the invitation process, the employee is informed of how their photos will be used and gives explicit consent before starting. You retain a record of this consent.
How long is employee data retained?
Uploaded selfies are deleted within 7 days. They are used only to create the employee's digital profile and never to train a general-purpose or shared AI model. The digital profile and generated photos remain available until an authorized user deletes them or the account is closed, subject to legal requirements.
Do you use employee photos to train AI models?
No. Uploaded photos and generated content are used only to provide the service for your organization. We do not sell them and we do not use them to train general-purpose AI models.
